FASTPACKING MODEL
The long-distance favorite RUSH 30 has been fully renewed. It is now even more comfortable to carry, with updated pockets for better usability. The perfect size for overnight trips and fastpacking adventures.
HIGH CENTER OF GRAVITY
The high center-of-gravity design optimizes the balance between the backpack and your body, achieving excellent weight balance. It reduces the feeling of load and helps minimize fatigue.
Fitting
TOP STABILIZERS
The pack opening is directly connected to the top stabilizer, allowing precise adjustment of the fit. This provides a more secure fit and helps prevent load movement.
SIDE STRAPS
The shoulder straps are anchored at two points to improve fit and stability. Using the waist belt helps reduce pack movement and provides a more stable run.
CHEST STRAP & PGW TWIST LOCK
The chest strap uses a soft, flexible material for a gentle feel against the skin. Our original buckle, “PGW TWIST LOCK,” was developed to be easy to operate even when fatigued. It is also designed with both lightweight performance and durability in mind. Once you get used to it, it can be operated with one hand.
BOTTLE POCKETS
Optimized for PET bottles or cycle bottles up to 600 ml. A drawcord prevents them from falling out. An emergency whistle is also included.
SNACK POCKETS
The lower pocket with a drawcord is ideal for storing nutrition or a smartphone. Compared to the previous model, the capacity has been increased and accessibility has been improved. The right side also has a zipper, making it especially suitable for storing a smartphone.
TABLET POCKETS
The upper pocket is sized for storing gel or shot supplements. Its depth is designed for quick access even while on the move.
ZIPPER POCKET
The zip pocket at the lower right harness includes a key hook and is optimized for storing valuables. Its layout minimizes interference with your body while moving.
TOP POCKET
The top pocket is designed for storing a headlamp. Once you get used to it, it can be accessed while wearing the pack.
SIDE POCKETS
The side pockets can be accessed while wearing the pack and are ideal for storing a bottle or shell. They feature a unique design that helps prevent items from accidentally falling out.
HYDRATION POCKET
There is a pocket on the back for a hydration pack. The hose can be routed out through the main access.
MAIN ACCESS
The main opening opens wide toward the body side, allowing quick access after taking off the pack. By pulling the tapes on both ends, it can be opened with a single action.
SIDE ACCESS
In addition to the main opening, a water-resistant zipper is placed on the side, allowing easy access to items stored in the lower part of the pack.
COMPRESSION BELT
The compression belt helps prevent vertical load movement. It can also be used to secure a helmet or shell jacket.
REMOVABLE BACK PANEL
Double-sided mesh and perforated foam help prevent heat buildup. It can also be removed for washing.
DESIGNER'S VOICE
Since its launch in 2015, the RUSH series has continued to evolve by reflecting the voices of its users. Looking back over the past 11 years, we have created more than 40 models. Sometimes I even find myself thinking, “We’re really obsessed with development.”
But backpacks used in the demanding sport of trail running are endlessly fascinating as a design theme. The challenge is how to reduce both “physical stress,” such as shoulder pain, and “mental stress,” such as difficulty using the gear—and how to solve these problems in a way that is both stylish and rational.
To achieve this, we have listened to passionate feedback from many runners at races and events, and repeated countless prototypes and field tests. It is quiet, patient work. Not particularly glamorous, but this is the development style of Paago Works.
For this new generation of RUSH, many runners were again involved in the process, leading to a significant evolution. We want RUSH to be the ideal tool created by runners themselves. That idea is captured in the phrase “Designed by the Runners.”
