SWITCHシリーズのショルダーベルト交換のご案内

平素よりパーゴワークス製品をご愛用いただき誠にありがとうございます。この度、2023年4月以降に弊社が発売したSWITCHシリーズの一部に、ショルダーベルトの調整が効かない個体がございました。ご愛用の皆様にはご迷惑をおかけ致しました事を、心よりお詫び申し上げます。
改善版のショルダーベルトをご用意しておりますので、不具合品をご購入されたお客様は、下記の交換受付フォームへ必要事項を記入頂きますようお願い申し上げます。

 

【不具合の内容】

対象製品：2023年4月以降に発売したSWITCH M、SWITCH L、SWITCH XLの一部製品
不具合部分：ショルダーベルトのバックル部分のアジャスターが効かず、ベルトの長さを調整しても止まりません。

 

 

【交換方法】

1、下記の交換受付フォームへ必要事項を記入してください。
2、三営業日以内に改善版のショルダーベルトを発送致します。
3、改善版のショルダーベルトが届きましたら、カラビナから不良のショルダーベルトを取り外し、交換品を取り付けてください。
