Overseas customers Delivery method: EMS (Japan Post)

We use the compensation system of EMS. Contents up to 20,000 yen are free of charge, and after that, an additional charge of 50 yen will be charged for every 20,000 yen.

WEBSTORE deliveries will be temporarily suspended on the following dates.

CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations after completing an order are accepted only before the product is shipped. In that case, please write down your order number and send it to info@paagoworks.com.
Orders may be canceled if there is a suspicion of fraudulent use of credit cards, fraudulent use of personal information, etc. at the time of settlement. Re-ordering may also be restricted. Please refrain from purchasing for the purpose of resale. Please do not purchase from resellers.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Pergoworks WEBSTORE pays close attention to the quality and delivery of products, but in the unlikely event that a customer wishes to return or exchange an item, domestic customers must contact us within one week after delivery. (Within 30 days for overseas customers) Gifts are handled in the same way.
Notes:
1. Returns and exchanges are limited to unused items with all bungee cords, staff bags, product tags, etc.
2. Sale and Outlet sales items are non-returnable.
3. Products that have passed 7 days or more for domestic delivery or 30 days or more for international delivery after delivery cannot be returned or exchanged.
4. Refunds will be refunded using the same method of payment.
5. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the product reaches us. (There may be delays during busy periods.)
How to return or exchange:
1. Please contact us by email (info@paagoworks.com) regarding the return or exchange. We cannot accept returns or exchanges without contacting us.
2. Please enclose the delivery note or invoice when returning the product.
3. Please include all accessories such as bungee cords, stuff bags and tags.
4. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Please return the product and delivery note (or invoice) to the address below.

Refunds: Refunds will be refunded to the same method of payment. (Please bear the bank transfer fee.) For overseas customers, only the product price will be refunded. Shipping and compensation are non-refundable. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the product reaches us. (There may be delays during busy periods.)

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY is subject to change without prior notice.

REPAIR POLICY
We will repair the product free of charge within one year from the date of purchase. Please pay the shipping fee.
If one year has passed since the date of purchase, we will repair the product for a fee.
Only Ninja tents released after February 2022 require a delivery note with purchaser information when receiving warranty service.
If the purchaser information and user information do not match, the warranty service will not apply.
Please contact us by e-mail (info@paagoworks.com) about the repair.
If you have a photo of the area to be repaired, we can quickly provide an estimate.
The delivery date is 3 weeks after the arrival of the product. There may be delays during busy periods.
Please contact us by e-mail (info@paagoworks.com) for repairs, regardless of whether the product is free of charge or for a fee.
WARRANTY
Pergoworks pays close attention to product quality and delivery.
In the unlikely event that there is a defect or wrong delivery when purchasing from WEBSTORE or an authorized dealer, we will take responsibility regardless of the time of purchase.
Please send us an email (info@paagoworks.com) with your order number.
Lifetime warranty for initial defects. We will also cover the shipping cost.
We do not guarantee failures caused by deterioration over time or misuse or misuse.
We do not guarantee damage caused by remodeling or repair by the customer, as well as when the product is purchased through secondary trading.
