Where is your company from?
We launched our outdoor brand in Japan in 2011. We develop our products in Japan for international customers.
What is the meaning of the name PAAGO WORKS?
It is a made-up word from a phrase that we like to use, “Let’s Pack And Go!”
I’m a huge fan of PATAGONIA, so I feel conflicted. Any advice?

Where can I buy your products?

Our products are available at outdoor stores in Japan. For a list of stores, please check the Dealer List page.

How can I get my products repaired?
We provide free repair services within one year of purchase (excluding shipping fee). We will charge customers with a fair price for repair work after one year.
Please send an email to info@paagoworks.com for inquiries. To ensure smooth communication, attach a photo of the area to be repaired as well. The repair usually takes about three weeks after we receive the goods, but please note that there may be a slight delay during peak seasons.
What is your warranty policy?
Only initial problems can be repaired for free and with free shipping. We are not responsible for items purchased through second-hand sales or issues caused by deterioration over time, inappropriate uses and unauthorized modifications or repairs.
How can I refund or exchange the products I bought from the WEBSTORE?

What is the shipping cost for purchases made via the WEBSTORE?
You can check the shipping cost by clicking the Calculate Shipping button on the shopping cart after you have input your address. We do not accept individual requests such as delivery by Nekoposu.
Which events will your company be participating in?
We will update our social media accounts with event information.
I don’t live in Japan. Where can I buy your products?

We have started international delivery on the official Paago Works WEBSTORE. We will update the site accordingly with countries and areas that we can ship to. You can also check our Dealer List page for information on stores carrying our products outside Japan.

When will products that are out of stock be available on the WEBSTORE?

We apologize for the inconvenience. Please register to “Receive product alerts” and we will let you know when the product is ready. Products that are listed on the website may be sold out without advance notice due to a sudden increase in sales order. However, some products that are out of stock on the WEBSTORE may be available in outdoor stores carrying our products, so please contact them directly.
